Dive Program Management
CNMS provides hands-on management of government dive and maritime programs. Our work includes preventive and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling, equipment inventories, technical records, inspection preparation, and corrective-action tracking. Documented maintenance histories and clear status reporting help customers plan repairs, training, and equipment support. We coordinate directly with government program personnel to keep priorities and responsibilities clear.
Maritime Support Services
CNMS performs preventive and corrective maintenance on diving equipment, rigid-hull inflatable boats (RHIBs), inflatable craft, personal watercraft, outboard engines, trailers, and associated systems. We inspect equipment, troubleshoot faults, and carry out repairs to restore serviceability. Our support includes breathing-air system maintenance coordination, calibration tracking, parts identification, vendor repairs, and equipment preservation.
Maritime operations training
CNMS provides water-rescue instruction using personal watercraft, small-boat insertion training, navigation, and operator training for military and support personnel. Classroom learning, demonstrations, and hands-on scenarios connect procedures with practical application. Equipment familiarization and pre- and post-operation care reinforce safe, effective use.
Contract & Program Support
CNMS combines federal prime contract experience with practical knowledge of dive and maritime equipment. We turn equipment needs into clear requirements, vendor quotations, purchase-request documentation, and coordinated repair, calibration, and delivery schedules. Our program support gives customers a clear view of priorities, outstanding actions, and the next steps needed to sustain their equipment.
